In 2001 while at Leapnet, he held the position of Engagement Partner and headed up a $500k, e-commerce project for the frontend redevelopment of Sears’ Craftsman and Kenmore websites. Prior to that he was at an integrated marketing agency called Thinktank, where he successfully headed up numerous web and interactive projects for Motorola and the State of Illinois. Since 2001, he’s worked as in independent digital marketing consultant and developer. His largest client during this period was an international law firm named Sonnenschein Nath & Rosental LLP (now SNR Denton). He worked with their marketing and IT teams to develop and grow their site over a ten-year period.
He earned his MBA from DePaul University in Chicago which has proven to be a valuable asset for his business pursuits. It was at DePaul that he developed the skills and the courage to take risks and think creatively. By nature, He’s very analytical and resourceful which makes him adept at diving into the unknown without undue hesitation and he’s always picking up new skills along the way.
Tom is an avid runner and races bicycles competitively. He has completed three marathons and ran a qualifying time for the Boston Marathon in 2011. Tom is married and has a 12 year old daughter and a little Westie named Daisy and currently resides in Centennial, Colorado.

Jenny has a love for design, a soft spot for art and a fascination with technology.
She graduated from CU Denver in 2006 with a B.F.A in Fine Arts, Multimedia. Her passion for painting and illustration is a constant source of inspiration in her work in the digital field. Over the years, Jenny as freelanced on many different projects as well as working full time. She enjoy learning new technology as well as reading about new marketing and design trends.
Jenny is very active but also enjoys eating at new hotspots around Denver. She is a Colorado native that never plans on leaving!

She worked at JWT, DMB&B and at BBDO Chicago, where she rose to become a Vice President/Creative Director. At BBDO, she focused her efforts on developing and marketing new products for Alberto Culver, Wrigley and, in partnership with BBDO Minneapolis, Hormel. Later, as a Creative Director at Thinktank (integrated marketing subsidiary of Swell Pictures), Laura brought her unique strategic and creative sensibilities to marketing campaigns for Motorola, Andrew Electronics and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Community Affairs.
In 2002, Ms. Kaiser-Innes switched gears and began to build a successful freelance writing and consulting business, helping develop integrated marketing campaigns for a wide variety of clients, including Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, Siemens, Walgreens and 3M.
Laura continues to create award-winning, advertising and marketing campaigns for both the business-to-business and consumer goods sectors. Most recently, she has been asked to become an adjunct faculty member at Roosevelt University, teaching an undergraduate class in Writing for Integrated Marketing Communications.
Ms. Kaiser Innes lives with her family in Evanston, Illinois.
